Can I call my order in?

How do I place an order for my certificate of completion?
Once you pass a test, you can order your certificate from your account. Passed tests that are not ordered will have a link, "Add To Cart", next to the test. Click this link to add the test and when you are ready, click on the "Continue To Checkout" button to pay for your certificate. Once you have completed the checkout process, you can view your account again and there will be a link, "Print Certificate". Click on this link to view your PDF certificate and print it. If your state requires a monitor form and we have not received it, there will be a link, "Need State Form" which links to a PDF of your state's monitor form. We need this form within 30 days of your order.
How many hours do I need?
When you view courses for your state from the left menu, there will be a link to your state requirements below our logo and above the list of courses for your state. This link will give you basic requirements. If you have further questions, please email us.
How much are the online courses?
It depends, please choose your state and you will see the pricing by course. CheapCE.com has the lowest prices! We cannot put two courses on the same certificate of completion.

What does my state require?
When you view courses for your state from the left menu, there will be a link to your state requirements below our logo and above the list of courses for your state. This link will give you basic requirements. If you have further questions, please email us.
What do I do with my monitor form?
Once you have had your monitor fill out the form, please fax it to 1-253-846-7536. Some states do not require a monitor. If your state requires a monitor, the requirements will appear before you can take the test.
Where do I print my certificate of completion?
Once we have processed your CE order, you will be able to print your certificate of completion.
Click on "View My Account" and next to the course you've passed and paid for you will see a link that says "Print Certificate." Click on that and your certificate should come up in a seperate window. You can click on File and then Print for your certificate of completion.
We process certificates of completion Monday through Friday. We close early on Fridays at 3:00pm.
